Urgent note regarding email contact

A message from Ed Weber:

Happy holidays!

Many Cratchit-NET users are still using my personal ComCast email address to send questions and requests for assistance. Messages sent to that address will not be received during business hours. 

In order to insure that your questions and requests are received and processed in the most efficient manner, please verify that you have either edweber@cratchitnet.com or (preferably) helpdesk@cratchitnet.com. 

If you are experiencing a problem with getting a transaction to process because the PDB is returning an error, the best way to get help fast is to use the 'Open a PDB Trouble Ticket' option, which can be found on the Appointments / Terminations menu in Cratchit-NET.  This document contains a series of steps you should complete before proceeding. If you do all the steps and still need help, we're here for you!

If you have a transaction that has processed and you need help or have a question, please use the 'Open a Transaction Trouble Ticket' option on the Appointments / Terminations menu.

Both of these options are designed to collect and send all the necessary information to ALL SYSTEME EMPLOYEES. This guarantees you the fastest possible response time and insure the security of the information you send. (Remember, it's always a bad idea to send ssn's and personal information by email.)
