Document Tracking

Tracks the processing of applications, renewals, requests... any form you complete and send out of your office! From the beginning through the end you will always know exactly where your documents are and how long they have been there.

By recording significant dates during the processing of a form, CratchitWEB calculates and stores the intervals between these dates. This information can then be retrieved in valuable reports that can help plan ahead the next time that form is needed.

Each document can also have an unlimited number of sub-tasks or 'Checklist Items' assigned to it. These will step the users through the processing of the document while it records dates, times and user ids of the people performing the work. Convenient reports identify outstanding items on all forms.

Reports show documents sent to agents, not returned; sent to states or carriers, not returned, and checklist items not completed.
